MIS offers on-site maintenance services for all types of servers, routers, and switches, including those that are end-of-sale, end-of-support, and end-of-live. Customers can rent our equipment and, if hardware issues arise, we'll provide on-site parts replacement. If a replacement part is unavailable, we'll offer a replacement of the same model. If the same model is unavailable, we'll offer a replacement of equal or higher grade device.
Note: This service only provides hardware maintenance and does not cover software or stored data.
